PRIDE OF LEADERSHIP AWARDS
The Pride of Leadership award is presented to people who have been nominated by their peers for demonstrating qualities of outstanding leadership. There are many styles of leadership, and many core skills which great leaders often seem to effortlessly harness - in reality, excellent leadership is a skill, and requires hard work and perseverance.
Rotary likes to acknowledge those members of our community who exhibit excellence in their role in leadership positions. They need not be a business owner or manager - any person in a leadership role is eligible for nomination.
The Winner of the Pride of Leadership Award will be publicly acknowledged in a ceremony, and presented with a prize. Peers and family members are invited to attend the ceremony.
